Dr. Fran and her team are wonderful. My daughter and I have been bringing all of our animals to her for years and she has been fantastic.Our babies are in very good hands at State Street. The entire team is professional, friendly and obviously love animals. We recommend them 100%. Obi, Ezma, Midna, Munchkin, Minerva, Zelda and Goulash all concur.

My human family affectionately refers to me as the Crazy Cat Lady. Rascal, Shade, Ruby, Patch, Ava and Buckwheat know me as MA (AKA the cat feeder). State Street Animal hospital and their dedicated, caring and knowledgeable staff are our Go To for all things physically taxing and yearly maintenance. They know me by name and my cats may not care for the ride-in-the-dreaded-box but they are always treated like they are the only animal on the planet when they get there. We called on a Thursday because of our sick dog. She had never been seen there before. We received an appointment Friday morning and were treated like old friends. Our dog Sophie received top notch care at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend.!!!!

I had a little doxie who was my baby and she became sick last year, I took her to another vet, and there was no compassion. I decided to bring my girl to State st animal hospital to get a second opinion. Right from the beginning they did everything they could to help me. They showed compassion, and understanding. You could tell that they love animals, and really do care. I will never take another animal anywhere else. I want to thank Dr. Fran, and Dr.Gwen for all their help, and their compassion along the way. It made making hard decisions easier with their guidance.

I have multiple pets and have been going here since 1995. Dr Gwen and Dr Fran are both very competent and compassionate. I had to put a cat down recently and Dr Gwen made it a point to call and check on me and console me and confirm that I made the right decision. We thought my dog ate a battery once and I called the emergency number and they came right in on a Sunday at about 9pm to do xrays rather than send me to the emergency vet in Rochester or Buffalo. I cannot say enough about how comfortable I am with the care they provide my pets and the compassion they show to me as a pet mom.
